Job Summary

Support daily infant care and classroom management while monitoring and reporting infant development to foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine infant care tasks to ensure children’s well-being and comfort
• Manage classroom activities and maintain hygiene standards to provide a safe learning space
• Record and communicate daily updates on infant development to support individualized care and learning plans

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold EY 1 with HCIC or EY 2 with ACEY certification as mandated for early childhood educators

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate creativity and inspire children with positive energy
• Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Organize classroom activities and resources efficiently to support educational development
• Apply knowledge of educational development to enhance learning experiences
