Job Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI-first software engineering practices across the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable, secure and cloud-native applications using modern full-stack technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, architecture designs, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Leverage AI coding assistants, copilots and LLM-based technologies to improve engineering productivity while maintaining ownership of solution quality and security.
• Design and integrate APIs, microservices, data services and AI-enabled application components within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Security, DevOps, Operations and regional business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and technical assessments to ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and performance issues, while identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps and shift-left quality and security practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack or enterprise software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications, microservices and enterprise API integrations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, Azure SQL, API Management and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI engineering technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AI agents, RAG and LLM-based application development will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of secure coding, authentication/authorization, observability and enterprise application security.
• Strong ability to articulate technical requirements, design decisions, constraints, trade-offs and expected outcomes.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams, preferably within a large MNC, regulated or complex enterprise environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
