DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in coordinating for meeting arrangement.
• Handling incoming and outgoing documentation, keeps all records and filing in compliance with the established procedures.
• Assist in drafting and formatting official correspondence.
• Support the Project Team and assist in preparation of reports.
• Process invoices, claims and quotations.
• Assist in secretarial duties to Head of Department when required.
• Provide administrative support to Project Team and CEO Office to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• To carry our other duties as assigned by the reporting superior from time to time.
• Answers telephone calls during the absence of the Project Team.
• Attend to visitor related to Project issue during the absence of the Project Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field
• Minimum any Diploma or Degree with work experience in the related field.
• Proficient in using MS Office,
• Preferably seeking candidates who are able to start immediately

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
