Job Title: Fulltime Service Crew ( Petaling Jaya)

Job Summary

Soybean Factory Production is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Service Crew member to join our team. The role involves supporting daily operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service across our outlets and production sites. We are seeking individuals who are responsible, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering a positive experience for our customers while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Service Crew members, offering opportunities for individuals who are passionate about the F&B industry and eager to grow with our company.

Locations
Outlet Location: 61-8G, Jalan SS2/75, SS 2, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily soybean product preparation and production activities
• Handle basic food processing tasks according to SOPs
• Pack, label, and prepare products for outlet and customer distribution
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of production and outlet areas
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at outlets
• Follow food safety and quality control standards strictly
• Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory checks
• Support supervisors in daily operational needs
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Able to work in an outlet environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs strictly

Working Hours

• Shift-based work (including weekends and public holidays if required)
• Rotational shifts depending on outlet and production schedule
