Looking to gain HR experience within a leading healthcare organisation? Join the HR Shared Services team and support key HR payment and administrative processes across different our different branches!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR-related payment processing, including reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium and other payments

• Check and verify supporting documents to ensure accurate processing

• Perform data entry and maintain proper records and documentation

• Sort, file and manage HR payment-related documents

• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure processing is completed within service timelines

• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify or obtain missing information

• Ensure processes follow established HR guidelines, policies and requirements

• Support other administrative tasks and ad hoc HR projects when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR / administrative experience, preferably within the healthcare sector

• Comfortable handling high-volume data and confidential information

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data

• Organised, meticulous and able to work within tight timelines

• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a proactive attitude
