Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively position and sell technology solutions.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Account Management abilities to retain clients, grow accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Proven experience in B2B technology solution sales, preferably in digital transformation or related IT services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel to client sites within WP. Kuala Lumpur as needed.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and opportunities.
