Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and/or corporate banking clients
Identify clients’ financial needs and provide customized banking solutions (loans, deposits, wealth products, trade financing, etc.)
Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction
Cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize revenue opportunities
Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for credit applications
Work closely with internal teams (credit, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management
Strong sales orientation with proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Good understanding of banking products such as loans, wealth management, and trade finance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations and compliance standards
Self-motivated and able to work independently
