What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience teaching English, preferably for IB & JC students.

Strong understanding of literary analysis, academic writing, and critical reading.

Ability to engage and motivate students with dynamic teaching techniques.

Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s or Ph.D. in English, Linguistics, or Education preferred).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays during peak periods.

Personalized Teaching – Tailor lessons to fit each student’s learning style and academic needs.

Curriculum Development – Design engaging and structured lesson plans.

Student Progress Tracking – Provide constructive feedback and track improvements.

Mentorship & Guidance – Support students in building confidence and mastering English.

Work Schedule

Workweek: 5 or 6 days (depending on availability).

Hours: 09:00 – 20:00 (schedule may vary during school breaks).
