Up to $4,000 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Our client, a Japanese MNC, is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders, including order creation, processing and amendments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and manage import/export and shipping documents.
• Work with suppliers and issue/generate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Check and process supplier invoices, freight and insurance charges.
• Follow up on discrepancies and prepare monthly reports.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.
• Experience in issuing/generating Purchase Orders (POs).
• Experience handling shipment arrangements and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with overtime and overseas travel.
