Kerja Sepenuh Masa Injection Moulding Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Mctronic Plastic Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Setup injection moulding machine to produce a quality part at optimum cycle time. Responsible for process adjustments with our injection moulding machines.
• Inspect all tools needed to complete mould change.
• Robot programming and reset & start all material.
• Troubleshooting of injection moulding machines for part quality issue caused by shot size, time, temperature, and etc.
• Good recording and adjust parameter.
• To report and highlight any update to supervisor.
• Record data on proper forms or books to communicate.
• Submit 1st off and maintain machine running. Must have computer literate skills.
• Practise 5s all the time and can work under limited supervision.
• Must know how to operate mould setup machine - setup mould.
• Must have Plastic Injection Moulding experience.
• Willing to work 6 working days with shift pattern.

Requirement:

• Must possess at least SPM / Certificate in Plastic Injection Molding from accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a plastic injection moulding environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
