Kerja Sepenuh Masa Tool Setter, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Unisteel Technology (M) Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot Citizen L12 and A20 Swiss-type machines.
• Prepare and install cutting tools, tool holders, collets, guide bushes and related tooling.
• Perform machine changeovers and tool-offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances and machining specifications.
• Conduct first-piece setup and ensure components meet quality requirements.
• Optimise tooling, cutting parameters and machining cycle times.
• Identify and resolve machining issues such as tool wear, dimensional variation, poor surface finish and tool breakage.
• Support operators and junior tool setters with technical guidance.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to improve productivity and reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain proper tooling records and ensure tools are prepared for upcoming production orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining, tool setting or Swiss-type automatic lathe operations.
• Strong hands-on experience on Citizen L12 machine setup and tooling.
• Good knowledge on Swiss-type machining processes, cutting tools, collets and guide bushes.
• Able to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work shifts when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
