Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for PROCUREHERE.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, posters and corporate profiles.
• Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, client engagement programmes, roadshows and promotional events.
• Assist in preparing email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Conduct market research on prospective customers, competitors and industry developments.
• Maintain and update the company’s customer, prospect and marketing databases.
• Support lead-generation activities and follow up on marketing enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers and external vendors for marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign updates and presentation materials for management.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Capcut or other design tools is an advantage.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
