Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Manager role based in Georgetown. The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with company standards and customer requirements. This role manages inventory accuracy, ensures proper documentation, and optimizes warehouse layout and workflows for safety and efficiency. The Manager leads and supervises warehouse teams, coordinates with transport and customer service departments, and monitors performance metrics to meet service level targets. The role also involves enforcing health and safety regulations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving operational issues promptly.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient storage practices.
• Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize daily warehouse processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Supervisory Skills to lead teams, allocate tasks, and support performance development.
• Candidates should possess good Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and address service-related issues.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in an integrated logistics environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data analysis for monitoring KPIs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety compliance.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
