We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, accessible and user-friendly digital experiences across Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate UX discovery activities, including requirements workshops, user interviews and usability testing.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX experiences for Power Apps, Power Pages and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of UI elements, user journeys and interaction patterns.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and UX documentation.
• Review and optimize existing Power Platform and SharePoint experiences to improve usability, accessibility and performance.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements, usability standards and delivery timelines.
• Present UX research findings, design concepts and design rationale to business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across user interfaces, interaction patterns and overall digital experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Design Research or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or Miro is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
• Power Apps – Canvas Apps
• Power Apps – Model-Driven Apps
• Power Pages
• SharePoint Online Modern Sites
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design and interaction design.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams, developers, business stakeholders, Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain UX findings, design decisions and design rationale through visuals and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative and collaborative environment.
