Our comprehensive suite of services includes Client Services, Creative Content, Web Development, Paid Media, Data & Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Social Media Marketing. We work with brands across hospitality, F&B, education, financial services and beyond.
At Mediatropy, we believe great ideas come from people who are curious, collaborative and unafraid to challenge the expected. We are committed to fostering a culture of creativity, work-life balance, continuous learning and personal development.
The Role
As Creative Group Head (Art), you will be a senior creative leader responsible for shaping the visual direction, creative output and craft excellence of the agency. You will lead and inspire a group of art directors and designers, while remaining hands-on enough to develop and champion big ideas. Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Services and Business Leadership, you will turn briefs into culturally relevant, strategically sound and creatively ambitious work across digital, social, content, campaigns and other platforms.
This is a role for someone who can see both the big picture and the details - someone who can challenge a brief, develop an outstanding creative idea, guide a team through execution, confidently sell the work to clients, and ultimately raise the creative bar across the agency.

Client & Business Partnership
- Act as a senior creative representative in client meetings, presentations, workshops and pitches.
- Confidently present and defend creative ideas, explaining the thinking and craft behind the work.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business, audience and competitive landscape.
- Partner with Strategy and Client Services to ensure creative solutions are both creatively ambitious and commercially relevant.
- Contribute significantly to new business pitches, credentials presentations and major agency opportunities.
- Work closely with business leadership to identify opportunities that can strengthen client relationships and grow the agency's creative offering.
Craft & Execution
- Maintain a strong eye for detail across typography, layout, composition, imagery, motion, digital experiences and overall visual storytelling.
- Guide the team through production and execution, ensuring work meets the highest creative and technical standards.
