Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media campaigns.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with the brand's voice and tone.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for each platform

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Manage and schedule content across social media channels to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to leverage new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand reach.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track social media performance metrics and analyze engagement, reach, and conversion rates against social KPIs.
• Provide reports on content effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Campaigns & Events

• Brainstorm and assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital and offline platforms.
• Assist in organizing and managing marketing events and on-ground activations to strengthen brand presence.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through blog posts, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Collaboration & Brand Building

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand goals.
• Support other marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
