What Awaits You:
Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
Order and manage inventory from suppliers.
Ensure excellent customer service in line with company standards.
Supervise maintenance of kitchen equipment and store infrastructure.
Prepare stir-fry dishes according to company specifications.
Manage food preparation for stir-frying.
Maintain consistency in food and sauce portions as per guidelines.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in the kiosk area.
Ensure smooth flow of daily operational tasks.
Enforce compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among staff.

Prior experience in stir fry cuisine is preferred.
Able to work in an open kitchen environment.
