JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinate travel itineraries with the CEO, including routes, timings, and alternate plans if needed.
2. Safely drive the CEO, ensuring punctuality, comfort, and safety during trips.
3. Maintain a professional demeanour and discretion at all times.
4. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled for long-distance travel.
5. Provide chauffeur services for local travel, including business meetings and events.
6. Manage vehicle maintenance and liaise with mechanics for regular servicing, repairs, and insurance needs.
7. To perform any other tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Location must be at Johor Bharu, Johor.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Knowledge of routes with flexibility to take alternate routes if needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable with occasional travel flexibility and adapting to last-minute schedule changes.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
