Job Description

• Establish and maintain communications with internal stakeholder and client to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
• To manage all documents for the project
• Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time.
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences/drawings/documents/reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
• Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
• Review each document for conformity and accuracy prior to submission to client.
• Keep all project documents in order and categorize for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
• Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs.
• Maintains an updated records of all approved documents.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in document control preferably in construction, engineering projects.
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical documents, transmittals, and revision control.
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• Diploma or Degree holder
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project documents and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
