Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications, backend services, and data solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Integrate data from multiple sources and systems to support business and operational requirements.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, databases, and data models.
Build applications, scripts, and automation solutions using Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Develop and integrate APIs for application and data connectivity.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Implement monitoring and alerting for applications, data pipelines, and data processes.
Optimize software, database, and data-processing performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in software development, testing, deployment, debugging, and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and security across applications and data pipelines.
Job Requirements:
Singapore Citizens only.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in software development, data engineering, or a combination of both.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Good understanding of database design and data modelling.
Experience with API development and system integration.
Familiarity with software development practices, including testing, debugging, version control, and deployment.
Experience with data integration, data-processing, or analytics tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data technologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication and collaboration abilities.
Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
