Training Administrator | Fresh Graduates Welcome

Eco Essential Technologies is looking for Two Training Administrator to join our growing team.

No specific qualification is required. Diploma and above is preferred, but we welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

• Assist in preparing training proposals and quotations
• Assist in developing course outlines and training materials
• Coordinate with clients on training arrangements and requirements
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, hotels, and other external parties
• Assist with training schedules, logistics, and documentation
• Support daily administrative and operational activities
• Perform other duties related to training management and business operations

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• Diploma and above is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
