TRADE FINANCE OPERATIONS | BANKING | 1-YEAR CONTRACT

Banking Trade Finance experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Trade Finance processing for Singapore & Hong Kong activities

• Process Import & Export Letters of Credit (LC), including issuance, amendments, advising, confirmation, negotiation, acceptance, discounting and payments

• Handle guarantees including shipping guarantees, bid/performance bonds, drawee risks, bank refinancing and risk participations

• Ensure transactions are processed accurately within required cut-off times and procedures

• Perform KYC validation and AML checks on Trade Finance transactions

• Input transactions into Trade Finance systems and generate customer advices

• Handle payment and SWIFT messages via Kalipso / SWIFT Alliance

• Perform documentation, filing, reconciliation and other operational duties

• Support digitalisation initiatives and Business Continuity Plan activities

• Undertake other duties assigned by the Trade Finance team
