Job Overview
Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, inventory checks, inbound and outbound logistics, and delivery tasks. Liaise with customers for communication and account reconciliation, handle various on-site issues, and ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Management: Accept and check incoming goods, store and organize items on shelves, pick and ship orders, keep the warehouse tidy and safe; complete daily and monthly inventory counts, check records against actual stock, and report any discrepancies.
2. Delivery: Responsible for delivering goods, completing on-site handovers, collecting and filing delivery documents, and protecting goods to avoid damage.
3. Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers to reconcile accounts, handle on-site delivery issues, provide timely feedback, and follow up until issues are resolved.
4. Records Management: Record all inbound/outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory counts, update inventory ledgers promptly, and assist with internal audits.
5. Exception Handling: Record damaged or returned goods, report anomalies, and follow up to resolve issues.
6. Other warehouse-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Careful and responsible with work, hardworking, good communication skills, and able to follow work instructions;
2. Warehouse experience preferred; willing to do delivery work; driving skills are a plus;
3. Basic record-keeping skills and able to handle on-site unexpected issues;
4. Physically healthy and able to handle warehouse physical tasks.
