**Strategy and Capital Management:** Serving as a core advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, participate in the formulation and execution of the company's long-term strategy. This includes leading Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), such as annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning, as well as optimizing capital structure, managing investment and financing activities, and potentially leading financial due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

**Operations and Financial Management:** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire finance department, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Also, lead the company's cash flow, budget, and cost control.

**Governance and Risk Management:** Establish and maintain a robust internal control system and risk management framework. Ensure all financial activities comply with Singapore Accounting Standards (SFRS), tax laws, and other regulatory requirements, and be responsible for communication with external audit firms.

**Team Leadership and Business Support:** Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. As a business partner, provide financial insights and decision support to various business units to help improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
