Kerja Finance Internship di Trove Johor Bahru Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance Department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in daily finance operations, accounting documentation, and administrative tasks within a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Department with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.
• Assist with invoice checking, verification, filing, and documentation.
• Assist in data entry and updating financial records.
• Support the preparation of reports and reconciliation when required.
• Assist with daily revenue, cash, and payment-related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other finance documents.
• Assist the Finance team during month-end closing activities.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and gain practical experience in the hospitality industry.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
