Bartender — NORMA Singapore

NORMA is a new cocktail-led venue in Singapore built around world-class drinks, curated music and private VIP experiences. The bar is the centrepiece of the room, with guest seating right at it — we're looking for bartenders who can deliver both the drink and the experience.

The role

• Execute the cocktail menu to spec, consistently, through high-volume late-night service
• Handle daily prep and house preparations: syrups, infusions, cordials, batching, ice programme
• Host from behind the bar — engage guests seated at the counter, read the room, build regulars
• Maintain mise en place, back bar organisation and stock rotation
• Support service to the VIP rooms and communal table
• Keep the station clean and compliant with hygiene and licensing standards

You should have

• 1+ years bartending experience; cocktail bar background preferred
• Solid grounding in classic cocktails and spirits categories, and the appetite to learn more
• Speed and accuracy under pressure without dropping hospitality
• Availability for evening and late-night service, including weekends
