Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective Agile execution.
Serves as a servant leader, coach, and mentor, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve performance.
Removes impediments and organizational blockers that may impact team productivity, delivery, and morale.
Works closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to align priorities and objectives.
Supports multiple Agile teams and manages cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration.
Monitors Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down charts, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities and delivery risks.
Promotes transparency, accountability, quality, and a culture of continuous learning within teams and across the organization.
Coaches team members and stakeholders on Scrum frameworks, Agile best practices, and Agile mindset adoption.
Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
Identifies, escalates, and helps mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
Supports Agile transformation initiatives and drives the adoption of scalable Agile practice
