Looking for an internship where you'll gain real hands-on experience instead of just making coffee?

At Alayna Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you'll work alongside our marketing team on real campaigns, create content seen by thousands of customers, and learn how a fast-growing e-commerce brand operates across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and our own website.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Mass Communication
• Multimedia
• Graphic Design
• Creative Media
• Photography / Videography
• Or a related field
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
• Basic skills in photo or video editing.
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Active TikTok or Instagram account showcasing your creativity.
• Experience creating short-form content.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
• Knowledge of current TikTok trends and social media content.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in managing social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Content Creation

• Capture product photos and videos.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Design simple marketing visuals, banners, and promotional materials.
• Assist during content shoots and live selling sessions.
• Generate creative ideas for social media content.

E-commerce

• Assist in managing product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
• Learn marketplace marketing strategies and campaign planning.
• Support product launches and promotional activities

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
