URGENT HIRING – ASSISTANT GOLD MANAGER

We are urgently looking for an experienced Assistant Gold Manager to join a luxury hotel team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in VIP services, Butler/Lounge operations, Front Office, and guest relations, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily VIP Gold Lounge operations and manpower planning
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, meet & greet and rooming
• Build strong guest relationships and drive guest loyalty
• Handle guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery
• Lead, coach and develop the VIP Lounge team
• Ensure compliance with LQA and hotel service standards
• Conduct service audits and maintain operational excellence
• Oversee Executive Club guest satisfaction, facilities and maintenance
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering on preventive maintenance
• Support revenue generation and cost control for the Executive Club

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A-Level; Degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably Front Office
• Experience with Opera Cloud preferred
• Experience in VIP / Butler / Lounge operations is highly desirable
• Duty Manager experience will also be considered
• Strong leadership, coaching and decision-making skills
• Independent, proactive and adaptable
