Job Summary

Ensure stable product replenishment and inventory accuracy for Changi Airport stores by coordinating with merchandisers, 3PL providers, and suppliers while optimizing logistics cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely receipt and accuracy of products delivered to warehouses
• Oversee daily outbound logistics operations to guarantee efficient dispatch to retail stores
• Organize and manage Return To Warehouse (RTW) and Return To Vendor (RTV) processes to maintain inventory integrity
• Process warehouse invoices accurately to support financial and operational records
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and support stock accuracy improvements
• Coordinate logistics and inventory activities during special events to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate effectively with merchandisers, external 3PL providers, and suppliers to support supply chain stability
• Conduct regular visits to the Tuas warehouse and Changi Airport retail stores to address logistics and warehouse tasks as assigned
• Manage logistics costs to maximize operational cost efficiency
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by management

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to manage logistics data and reporting
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges proactively
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in managing logistics operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in management, logistics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations

Working Locations

• Based at Tampines main office with regular visits to Tuas warehouse and Changi Airport stores
• Company transportation or reimbursement provided for travel to warehouse and retail locations
