Job Responsibilities

Printed marketing materials

• Create user friendly brochures/Leaflet/Flyer according to company policy
• Update products brochures regularly
• Create promotional presentation which can be utilized by sales staff to customer

Website / Social Media

• Create content on social media to deliver the image of AHT and share its successful case story
• Manage website creation and updates

Exhibition

• Select suitable products to display and decoration at location
• Organize exhibition with our business partners
• Conceptualisation and realisation of the new showroom in Singapore.

Market study

• Aggregate Market Intelligence for whole region in Asia Oceania. (Market Volume etc.)
• Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands
• Develop and implement advertisement strategies, campaigns and articles

Internal communication with Sales team and Headquarter

• Develop sales and marketing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region
• Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field
2. Proven experience in marketing communications, event planning, and execution
3. Strong creative skills with experience in designing marketing materials
4. Efficient in MS Words/ Excel/PowerPoint & Graphic software
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
8. Take positive for AI Tools incl. Large Language Model for effective marketing. (e.g. Chat GPT / DALL･E / Stable Diffusion / Midjourney)
