Key Responsibilities
- Perform production test sequences on units under test according to approved work instructions and procedures.
- Operate and use the company's test platforms, fixtures, tools, and equipment correctly.
- Troubleshoot test units and identify issues related to processes, materials, products, fixtures, or equipment.
- Perform basic debugging and troubleshooting for minor test failures.
- Carry out test cycles according to the correct sequence specified in the PMS Work Instruction.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of test fixtures and equipment according to work instructions.
- Conduct 5S activities at test workstations before and after each shift.
- Ensure test tools, equipment, fixtures, and materials are properly organized and maintained.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, assembly drawings, datasheets, and work instructions.
- Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework, and repair of non-conforming products.
- Assist in identifying the root cause of recurring product and test failures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate test records, maintenance records, and failure analysis reports.
- Perform routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to resolve production and testing issues.
- Ensure all testing activities are performed safely and according to company quality standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Other related technical fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, production testing, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support will have an added advantage.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, datasheets, and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mechatronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to perform precise technical work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to record technical information accurately.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, disciplined and committed to maintaining good attendance.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/semiconductor environment.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.

Working Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- 4 days working week
- Monday – Friday arrangement according to production schedule
- Friday counted as full-day OT where applicable
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 depending on experience and skills
- Meal Allowance: RM5/day
- Transportation Allowance: RM100/month
- Attendance Allowance: RM100/month
- Day Shift Allowance: RM9/day
- Day Shift Half Day: RM4.50
- Night Shift Allowance: RM20/day
