About the Role

The Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
• Competence, high aptitude required
• Good attitude and excellent communication skills
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry in project management and supervision.
• This candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess above average written and oral communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment is also essential for this position.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in BM & English
• Proven track record in successfully delivering DC projects
