Kelayakan
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or industrial site safety.
- Possess a valid Yellow Book.
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations (OSHA, DOSH, FMA, etc.).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Able to work under pressure, independently, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety rules, wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and follow safe work practices.
- Carry out daily Toolbox Meetings and weekly Safety Talks.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses and prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure their compliance with site safety requirements.
- Keep and maintain site safety documentation, including permits, inspection records, and safety reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Site Safety Plan, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response Plan.
- Coordinate with authorities such as the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) when required.
- Promote safety awareness among workers through safety campaigns and visual reminders.
- Assist in preparing and compiling relevant safety-related documents as required.
- Perform duties as assigned and follow instructions from superiors and management.
