What You'll Actually Do

• Coordinate across teams — you'll be the person who always knows where everything is (a rare and terrifying power)

• Handle research, reports, and operational support — except you'll do it 10x faster than any PA at any other company, because we train you on AI tools that make you unreasonably effective

• Handle confidential matters with the professionalism of a Swiss banker and the warmth of your favourite neighbourhood uncle or aunty

• Grow into a role that doesn't have a ceiling — the best people here end up running things

You're Probably Right For This If:

• You're organised enough to plan a group trip and actually make it happen

• You text back fast (this is more relevant than you think)

• You have an allergic reaction to "almost done" — your projects don't live in draft mode, you ship things, then you ship the next thing

• You've been told you're "too intense" by people whose greatest achievement was updating a shared Google Sheet. You took it as a compliment

• You low-key enjoy making chaos make sense

• You get uncomfortable when nothing is happening — a slow Tuesday makes you suspicious

• Fluent in English/Mandrarin. Bonus if you can switch between your casual weekend voice and your boardroom voice in under 2 seconds
