Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality digital content across multiple formats including videos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts
• Conceptualise and execute creative digital content ideas that align perfectly with brand identity and audience engagement goals
• Manage digital content calendars and ensure consistent, timely, and strategic publishing across all online platforms without exception
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to produce compelling and consistently on-brand digital content materials
• Monitor digital content performance using analytics tools and optimise all strategies based on clear and actionable data-driven insights
• Conduct thorough research on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and audience preferences to continuously inform content development
• Ensure all digital content is thoroughly proofread, brand-consistent, and fully aligned with the organisation's messaging guidelines
• Stay updated on emerging digital content trends and innovative storytelling formats to keep all content consistently fresh and engaging

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and staying ahead of emerging platform trends
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems
• Creative, analytical, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
