The Buddy Internship Program at KLAY EnerSol is exclusively for students currently pursuing a degree in engineering and is built to give you more than just exposure. We offer hands-on involvement in the Oil & Gas and industrial solutions sectors, where you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities from day one.

Expect to work on actual projects, sharpen industry-relevant skills, and grow in a dynamic environment that’s serious about your development, all with your own buddy by your side throughout the journey.

What You’ll Experience:

•⁠ ⁠Understand how the energy and engineering industry works, from culture to challenges

•⁠ ⁠Show what you’re made of because high-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles

We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Students currently pursuing a degree in any engineering field (min CGPA 3.5)

•⁠ ⁠Friendly, adaptable team players who can also take the lead when needed

•⁠ ⁠Strong communicators with a genuine interest in learning

•⁠ ⁠Actively involved in extracurricular or volunteer activities
