Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications to identify test coverage needs.
  • Prepare and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing.
  • Perform manual testing across web application screens, APIs, data flows, AI-enabled features, reports, dashboards, and user workflows.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable to improve regression coverage and delivery efficiency.
  • Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with .NET developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and confirm root cause resolution.
  • Support UAT planning, test data preparation, business user coordination, defect triage, and release readiness sign-off.
  • Prepare testing status reports, defect summaries, test execution metrics, risks, and quality recommendations for project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Agile delivery, defect lifecycle, and test management practices.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing of enterprise web applications, workflows, integrations, reports, and data-driven features.
  • Familiarity with .NET-based applications, C#, APIs, microservices, application logs, and basic troubleshooting with development teams.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for validating backend data, checking data quality, verifying reports, and supporting test data preparation.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, REST clients, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, SpecFlow, NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, or equivalent frameworks is preferred.
  • Ability to validate AI-enabled features, GenAI outputs, prompt-based workflows, model responses, edge cases, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test plans, build releases, defect tracking, and release readiness activities
  • ​Understanding of security, access control, role-based permissions, audit logs, data privacy, and compliance testing needs.
  • Ability to prepare clear test documentation, defect reports, evidence screenshots, execution summaries, and quality dashboards.
