Shape young minds and inspire academic success! We are looking for Full-Time Primary & Secondary Enrichment Teachers!

Working Location: Island Wide (Walking distance from MRTs)
Working Hours: 1.15pm - 9.30pm (6 days work week) (Rotating off day)
Benefits: VB + Yearly Increment
Gross Salary: Up to $6500 (Basic: Up to $6000)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive lessons in accordance with the curriculum to maximise student learning and participation.
• Assess, mark, and monitor students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication to support each student's learning and development.
• Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages confidence, participation, and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth lesson delivery, including providing relief teaching support when required.
• Participate in professional development, curriculum enhancement, and training to continuously improve teaching quality and stay updated with educational best practices.
• Support the organisation through participation in promotional events, workshops, webinars, trial classes, and other assigned projects while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education or a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in schools, tuition centres, or other educational institutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Singapore MOE curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
