Team Leader
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the outlet.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Guide, coach and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in inventory management, stock ordering and stock control.
Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and daily sales reconciliation.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
Train and onboard new team members.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B, or hospitality industry.
Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Customer-oriented, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is an advantage.
