The Role
As Guest Relations Manager, you'll be the face and voice of our club to the outside world —building relationships with media, influencers, and key guests, driving footfall through strategic promotions, and managing our public image and reputation.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute relationship and promotional strategies to drive club visibility and guest traffic
Build and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, influencers, and nightlife/entertainment publications
Plan and promote events, theme nights, and VIP promotions to attract new and repeat guests
Coordinate media coverage, features, and interviews for the club and its events
Manage the club's public image, brand reputation, and social presence in coordination with the marketing team
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key guests, VIPs, corporate clients, and business partners
Represent the club at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
Handle guest relations at a senior level, addressing feedback and resolving issues that affect the club's reputation
Monitor competitor activity and nightlife trends to keep the club's offerings fresh and relevant
Manage crisis communications and respond to any negative press or public incidents professionally
Track and report on PR/promotional campaign performance and guest acquisition metrics
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in PR or guest relations, public relations, hospitality management, or nightlife/entertainment marketing
Strong network of contacts in the local nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality scene is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging VIPs, media, and guests alike
Strong communication and writing skills for media outreach and promotional materials
Confident, professional presence with the ability to represent the club at events
Comfortable working nights/weekends in line with club operating hours
Ability to handle sensitive situations and protect the club's reputation with discretion and professionalism
Nice to Have
Existing relationships with VIP clientele, corporate accounts, or event organizers
Experience in social media management or influencer marketing
Multilingual ability, useful for engaging a diverse guest base
Background in nightlife, KTV, or entertainment venue operations
