Tanggungjawab

  • Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer
  • Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow.
  • Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines
  • Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
  • Prepare and/or assist in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow & methodologies.
  • Develops BIM capability and capacity for Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection and Construction Planning.
  • Liaises with clients, consultants, suppliers and in-house team on the implementation of BIM.
