Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide clear, friendly explanations of recommended services.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and keep customers updated on job progress and timelines.

Workshop Coordination

• Schedule jobs, assign work to technicians, and prioritise tasks to meet delivery times.
• Track repair status, ensure quality checks are completed, and relay technical notes between technicians and customers.

Admin & Sales Support

• Process invoices, warranty paperwork, and payment transactions with attention to accuracy.
• Order and manage spare parts, record inventory use, and suggest appropriate maintenance packages to customers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive service, workshop front desk, or a related customer-facing role.
• Certificate or diploma in automotive studies, technical training, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and common maintenance tasks.
• Experience with appointment systems, invoicing, and parts ordering or inventory tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using point-of-sale or workshop management software.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Patient, organised, and customer-focused with good record-keeping habits.
