Working hour
3 working days per week, scheduled between Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Key Roles
Facilitate small-group intervention sessions for students with socio-emotional needs.
Propose workplan and session plans; collaborate with Teacher-In-Charge for finalisation.
Monitor student progress and provide evaluation reports.
Support Tier 1 & 2 preventive/developmental programmes for general student population.
Design and deliver programme activities aligned with school goals.
Provide case management for students in interpersonal conflicts; facilitate restorative processes for reintegration.
Maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates.
Collaborate with school personnel and external agencies.
Conduct home visits to engage families and strengthen home-school partnership.
Connect families to community resources.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and collaboration.
Requirements
Relevant professional certifications in Counselling or Social Work.
Preferably 2 years' relevant experience.
Skills: group facilitation, case management, restorative practice, strong communication, case documentation, report writing.
