Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support our legal team by managing case files, conducting legal research, preparing documentation, and assisting in court hearings within a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities
Manage case files by opening, organizing, and closing them efficiently to support legal processes
Conduct legal research to assist lawyers in preparing accurate and comprehensive documentation
Prepare and file legal documents independently using e-litigation systems to ensure timely submissions
Attend court hearings to provide on-site support to lawyers and facilitate case proceedings
Utilize MS Office and Adobe tools independently to create, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation and personal injury litigation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Law or Law Degree
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software
