Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project team members.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets the required standards.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, records, and progress updates.
Review construction drawings and provide technical support to the site team.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
Ensure all works comply with Singapore safety requirements and project regulations.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred.
Experience working as a Site Engineer or in a similar position.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different parties.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SGD $4000 – $5000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Overtime/Allowances: As per MOM guidelines.
