We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard

Salary: $2600

Working hours : 5 day work week; 42 hours per week (any 5 days from Monday to Saturdays)

Mon to Fri: 0630hrs to 1530hrs/1600hrs @ 1000hrs/1100hrs to 2000hrs

Sat: 0630hrs to 1500hrs

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter

- Perform financial counselling : explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits

- Perform billing and cashiering : process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection

- To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs

- Reply to BO related queries via email or calls
