• Research user content consumption, creation, and product usage behaviours across different markets, with a focus on user needs, popular use cases, and regional differences.

Competitor & Product Research :

• Conduct competitor and market research, analyzing competitors’ product features, updates, positioning, marketing strategies, and key promotion areas.
• Track competitors’ newly promoted features and market feedback, and analyze the underlying user needs and marketing rationale to provide insights for product and marketing teams.

Marketing Case Studies & Feature Promotion Research :

• Collect and analyze strong product marketing and feature promotion examples, studying how different products communicate feature value, highlight use cases, and drive user adoption.
• Support research into relevant market angles, user use cases, and promotion opportunities for specific features or market needs.
• Support the team with other market research, competitor analysis, and marketing analysis projects as required.
