Retail Sales Associate – GolfMate

GolfMate is a growing golf retail company located in Sunway Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

We specialize in new and pre-owned golf clubs, golf apparel, accessories, club fitting, repair services and trade-ins.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with golf clubs, apparel and accessories
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle in-store sales and customer enquiries
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Assist with stock receiving, labelling and inventory management
• Support daily store operations
• Learn about golf equipment and provide basic product recommendations to customers

Working Conditions

• Full-time / Permanent
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 5 working days per week (rotational schedule)
• 2 rest days per week
• 1-hour meal/rest break
• Location: GolfMate Sunway Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Salary & Incentives

• Basic Salary: RM2,300 per month
• 1% Individual Sales Commission

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn about golf clubs and equipment
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Golf knowledge or experience is an advantage, but NOT required
