We're Hiring: CRM Developer (Mid Level to Senior Level)!

We are looking for an experienced CRM developer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. With at least 6 years of hands-on experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our customer relationship management systems to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Role: CRM Developer (Mid-Level to Senior-Level)

What You'll Do:
️ Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions based on business requirements
Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Analyze user needs and recommend enhancements or new features.
Ensure security best practices are followed within the CRM ecosystem.
Document processes, customizations, and workflows clearly.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless implementations.

What We're Looking For:
 6-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.
 Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module and OOTB features of service management.
 Experience in designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module
